COMPASS is a customer-facing platform operated by Rupee Catalyst. We provide financial guidance, application facilitation and document collection services. We are not a bank, NBFC or lender. Loan approval, rates, terms and disbursement decisions are made solely by the relevant financial institution.
Interest rates, EMI estimates, eligibility indicators, lender recommendations and COMPASS Advantage amounts displayed on COMPASS are indicative and subject to verification, credit assessment and the policies of the relevant lender. Nothing on COMPASS constitutes a guarantee of approval, pricing or disbursement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the documents you upload and for reviewing your application before final submission.
All content, branding, design and software on COMPASS are owned by Rupee Catalyst or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute our materials without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rupee Catalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of COMPASS or reliance on indicative information provided through the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
